This year's event is to be held on Sunday 9th of September on the Fir vale School Grounds on Owler Lane in Fir Vale, Sheffield. The show starts at 1pm and ends at 5.30pm. Admission is free to all. The event is now in its second year. The festival was a huge success last year with over 4,000 people attending throughout the day. This year the event has been moved up onto the playing fields of the school grounds. This sets it in a much more comfortable and attractive environment as apposed to last year’s use of the hard standing area in front of the school.
The event is a celebration of the diversity and quality of the community of Fir Vale. From the younger members to the older people of the area everybody has something to do and enjoy at the event. Families in particular make the event what it is. Smiles all around when the sun shines
There will be a main stage marquee at the event presented by local art organisation Jamboree Arts with a few special guest performances.
