Next Area Panel meeting
When? Wednesday 20 February
Time? 6pm – 8pm
Where? St James’s Church, Meeting Room, Scott Road
Agenda…
How the Council helps address climate change – and what local communities like Burngreave, and individuals can do. We know that this is a massive threat; and we know that it isn’t inevitable but that many things will have to be done differently. What? How? When? Andy Nolan, the Council’s environmental strategy manager will be introducing the discussion, with Robert Almond from the Council’s energy conservation/ affordable warmth team.
Your say
Area panels are one of the main ways for you to have your say on local services and priorities. They give you the chance to talk to local Councillors and to hear about the latest activity in your area.
Panel meetings are open and fair and we don’t tolerate unacceptable behaviour or comments. We want to provide a welcoming environment that allows everyone to take part fully in our meetings.
If you require support in getting to the meeting, accessing the venue or need interpretation, please contact your Area Coordinator
Refreshments will be available at the beginning of the meeting.
Contact your Area Action team on (0114) 276 9134 for further details, or to let us know if you’ve any special requirements.
