Why not drop in for a cuppa and a friendly chat at the Burngreave Ashram on Wednesday’s between 10.30am and 2pm? The event is run by local women Caroline Garret and Linda Hill, with a small grant and support from Kate Sully of Ignite imaginations. A small donation is appreciated for refreshments.
Kate Sully coordinator stated:
“Start-up grants are funded by Age Better, and Ignite Imaginations manage the money It is aimed at people over fifty, who have a good idea for a project that would benefit those older people who may be isolated. Grants of £200 are available.”
