Falconry comes to Oasis

From the Autumn Mini Messenger by pupils at Oasis Academy Fir Vale

Oasis Pupils during falconry visit

In year 4, Falconry UK came to visit our school and showed us lots of different birds like owls, hummingbirds and other various birds. When they came, they told us why the birds looked the way they did and how they survive in their natural habitats.

“I loved seeing such beautiful birds! It was the first time I got to see something like this and it was so fun!” – Samuel Drugda
