A big thank you to everyone who helped set up, run and participate in the Wensley Fun Day, Monday 16th August 2021. There was a great festival atmosphere, and it was amazing to see so many people come together to enjoy the park on a fabulously sunny day.
The mini-football tournament was inspiring and showcased how much talent our young people have. The energy, fun and respect showed by all those who took part was great to behold.
As we learn to live with Covid-19 and move forward from the devastation caused we are keen to get more events like this across Burngreave, celebrating our people, passion, and energy.
