Space to Breathe are running a free Wellbeing Zone mindfulness course for people in Burngreave on Tuesdays 11am-12pm starting 1st February at The Furnival.
Five one hour sessions aim to develop self-care techniques and tools which anyone can use and help you manage your mental health. Up to 10 places are available.
Wellbeing Zone is an hour long Mindfulness session which aims to develop self-care techniques and tools which anyone can use. The sessions will help you manage your mental health and wellbeing and enable you to learn the practices of mindfulness which many find really helpful in their mental health.
There will be five sessions covering:
- An introduction to self-awareness
- Learning Mindfulness
- Lifting Stress
- Relieving Anxiety
- Building Resilience
The first session starts Tuesday 1st February 2022 from 11am to 12pm and then continues weekly on Tuesdays on the 8th, 15th, 22nd February and the final session on Tuesday 1st March.

Wellbeing Zones are an initiative by Space to Breathe to provide a face to face Mindfulness and Meditation
