Abbeyfield Park landscape

Burngreave Spring Clean Week is back. Due to the downfall of snow last month, some events from the spring clean week had to be postponed, but it returns with NEW dates on Wednesday 12th and Saturday 15th April.

Wednesday 12th April 2 – 3.30pm

Walking tour and discussion about improving street furniture in Burngreave. Meet at Abbeyfield House.

The discussion will be asking:

  • Is it accessible and safe?
  • What is missing?
  • What needs to go?
  • Street furniture art?
  • How to report problems?

Street furniture can include bus shelters, street signs, benches, art works, street cabinets, electric car chargers, bollards, electricity substations, street lights, railings, disabled access ramps, BINS, advertising signs, post boxes, lampposts, telegraph poles, flower beds and grit bins.
