International Women’s Day conference for Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) women in the North of England on Saturday 7th March 2020, 9.30am – 5pm is a day of inspiration and information to enable you to take your careers, lives and businesses to another level. With workshops, panel discussions, networking and stalls.

At Ellesmere Community Centre, 4 Maxwell Street, Sheffield. S4 7JN.

The event is hosted by Carol Stewart. Speakers include: Mercy Gilbert (keynote speaker), Tsitsi Mutiti, Sara Noel, Acen Lawoko, Tarnya Coley, Ola Fagbohun, Jackie Bailey, Veronica Broomes, Oge Oksieme and Sharlena Lee Satti.

The theme this year is ‘Each one for Equal’ and to quote the International Women’s Day website:
