Parkwood Springs woodland walk flyerOver 50? Interested in learning about trees? Want to know your oaks from your sycamores?

On Friday 1st November, Fran Halsall, of Sheffield Woodland Connections, will lead a 90 minute walk around the woodland and heathland on Parkwood Springs. She will talk about the wide variety of trees and shrubs that are found in this beautiful wild space.

The walk includes hills and uneven paths, so appropriate footwear is essential. Dress according to the weather. Meet at the car park on Shirecliffe Road at 11am.

This walk is supported by both the Friends of Parkwood Springs and Drink Wise, Age Well – Sheffield.
